Dear ELFs and Kpop fans who purchase MO.A 2011 tickets from us,
PLEASE read the below thoroughly.
We are arranging two sessions of collection this week:
(1) Date: 25 November 2011 (Friday)
Time: 1pm – 4pm
Venue: Sopoong Korean Restaurant (formerly known as Hankuk Ramyun), LG Floor Berjaya Times Square KL ((beside Kim Gary, opposite of Cold Storage))
(2) Date: 26 November 2011 (Saturday)
Time: 1pm – 4pm
Venue: Sopoong Korean Restaurant (formerly known as Hankuk Ramyun), LG Floor Berjaya Times Square KL ((beside Kim Gary, opposite of Cold Storage))
WHAT you need to bring along for verification purpose:
(1) Printed email which we replied to you with the Reference #.
Sample:

Payment received. Thank you.
(2) Your IC.
IF you want a friend / parents / siblings to collect on your behalf:
You are required to fill-up this authorization form (http://www.sendspace.com/file/wp6crz), pass it to your friend / parents / siblings who are going to collect the tickets from us. We will not entertain any 3rd party whom without the authorization form.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
(1) ELF and Kpop fans who unable to fulfill the requirements (to bring printed email and IC) will not be entertained.
(2) For outstation ELF and Kpop fans, you can collect the tickets from us during the concert day (3rd December 2011). We will make another announcement on this matter.
(3) We do not encourage tickets postage / courier due to unsecure reason. Although the postage service company should be responsible for any lost-in-transit, but we believe it takes time to investigate. We might afraid the tickets cannot reach to you on time due to the investigation period.
(4) We will not arrange another session on this ticket collection again except on the concert day itself.
(5) We are not liable to any lost / damage tickets after you have collected the tickets from us.
